Mr. Ahmed Kabba’s current occupation is a Tenants and Residents Development Officer with the Southwark Group of Tenants Organisation in the London Borough of Southwark, England. Ahmed is involved in capacity building, fostering community cohesion support inclusive and collective working, creating community groups and providing governance structure.

He is a diploma and BA graduate in Applied Social Science, Community Development and Youth Work from the Goldsmith University of London. He is a trained Community Organiser with Locality through the UK Conservative Party big society initiatives.

His goal is to support vulnerable people and disadvantaged communities by providing necessary tools to be self-resilient, not imposing control over communities but exploring possibilities and facilitating what they can do for themselves.

His skills and expertise go beyond his current role since he is also a volunteer with various organisations like Voice for Change, South London Family Centre Organisation.
