OUR TEAM
Mrs Ramatu Baindu Massaquoi holds a Master’s in Public Administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics General. Professionally, she has a strong background in natural resources management, promoting inclusive participation from various sectors of society, including communities, industries, and government bodies. She excels in developing environmental guidelines and fostering intersectoral collaboration, serving as the focal point for the Sierra Leone Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (SLEITI).
Her employment history includes roles as Deputy Director of Natural Resources Management and Deputy Director of Public Relations & Intersectoral Collaboration at the Environment Protection Agency, Director of Human Resources and Administration at Health Management Services, and Human Resources Manager at the National Ebola Response Centre, among others.
Ramatu’s skill set extends to effective communication, team building, and a knack for networking with partners and colleagues, which are invaluable assets she brings to SCN.
