Sustainable Communities Network (SCN) met with a cross section of Youths in the Cole Farm Community in the presence of some Community Elders and Stakeholders on Saturday 4 November 2023, in the Cole Farm Community, to introduce SCN to them and discuss the proposed cleaning activity and football match involving Youths in the community slated for 23 December 2023. The two female members of the SCN Board of Trustees, Mrs Inartoma Coomber and Mrs Ramatu Massaquoi together with the SCN Director of Operations Mr Thomas Nyamawa, engaged with the Youths assuring them that SCN has come to work with them and add value to the development efforts they have started undertaking in the community.

The Youths welcomed SCN to the community and expressed their willingness to work with SCN for the sustainable development of the Cole Farm Community. The Youths undertook to put forward names of those who will work with SCN to organise and coordinate the proposed cleaning activity and football match, after their general community meeting on 12 November 2023.
