The Digital Platform Centre (DPC)
Sustainable Communities Network (SCN) is of the firm belief that the strategic use of information technology (IT) and digital platforms holds immense potential to effectively engage youth and foster sustainable communities. Hence, SCN has a Digital Platform Centre where youths in the community come to learn and enhance their I.T skills improving their chances of employment within the digital age.

Participants Trained
Life Skilled Courses in Partnership with Ipam
The training will be hosted exclusively at the SCN Digital Platform Centre (DPC) in Cole Farm, with a pilot program scheduled for January 2026, targeting 60 final-year IPAM students. Revenue-sharing arrangements and joint certification processes were agreed upon to ensure sustainability and academic credibility. This collaboration aligns with Sierra Leone’s Human Capital Development agenda and positions SCN as a key factor in workforce readiness and financial empowerment.
