Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IPAM, University of Sierra Leone

 

 

During the CEO and Founder’s visit, SCN finalised discussions with the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone. On August 25, 2025, a landmark partnership was sealed between SCN and the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) at the University of Sierra Leone. The MoU outlined a strategic collaboration to design and implement financial management software training (QuickBooks, Sun, Sage) for university graduates, professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs.

The training will be hosted exclusively at the SCN Digital Platform Centre (DPC) in Cole Farm, with a pilot program scheduled for January 2026, targeting 60 final-year IPAM students. Revenue-sharing arrangements and joint certification processes were agreed upon to ensure sustainability and academic credibility.

This collaboration aligns with Sierra Leone’s Human Capital Development agenda and positions SCN as a key factor in workforce readiness and financial empowerment.
